We have setup a separate Customer Grievances and Redressal Cell, which takes care of all the enquiries, queries and complaints/grievances of the customers. We provide following type of support to our customers to deal with the customer's requirement more effectively and in-time.

ONLINE SUPPORT
If you are unable to reach to our CRM cell on the contact numbers provided(due to holidays or non-working days), you can enter your message online here.

For authorization related queries, you can contact our 24 hours support number 1800 22 5100 OR 022-22020630/22049979 (10 am-6 pm). While contacting online, please ensure that your are leaving proper details along with your contact Email Id in the space provided.

If the Customer has any query or complain regarding the status of application form, non-receipt of credit card bills or wrong billing, they can call us on any of the Area Office contact numbers provided with the list of Area Offices of Bobcards Ltd. Alternatively, they can also contact us on the following number of our Registered & Corporate office to directly reach to our CRM cell.

NOTE: The company has kept the Internal Limits (details) on credit card for security & safety of the cardholder in case the card is lost/stolen/misplaced.
