Under the purview of Guideline / Mandate by Reserve Bank of India, for doing the online internet transaction, we request you to submit the dully filled enclosed format to update your credentials
 in our data base. Failing of which you may not be able to do the Internet transactions from 
1st August 2009.

So we request you to please update the same by return mail. Kindly be informed that the profile authentication will be carried out prior to the internet transaction based on the data provided by you in the enclosed format
